What's included in a Performance Package ?

A Verhoeven Tuning Performance Package is a specially fine tuned remap plus one or more performance parts. This package is developed as a set and therefor differently tuned than a normal remap. This way you get more performance from the product in that specific package. 

For example: For the Golf V and VI we offer a Performance package which includes an exhaust systems and a special remap. In this map we finetune boost, fuel and ignition values to take the full advantage from the better flow from the less restrictive exhaust system. Fitting only the exhaust will give only a small gain, since the modern engines work to a target. So they will control if they don't do more than the ECU asks, so it's neccessary to change this target values.

So buying a performance package you can be sure the remap is specialy designed to get the maximum out of the performance parts that comes with it.
